As you are aware, during the last FIAT-IFTA Convention in Krakow, a Sustainability and Development committee was established to help its members to adopt ESG principles for creating a more sustainable and responsible sector.

In this regard, on behalf of the Committee, we kindly request your participation in the attached Survey and would greatly appreciate your responses by May 16th.

This anonymous survey will help assess awareness, identify needs and challenges, define strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develop tailored resources for the global funeral sector.
