Founded in 2005, it was approved by the Civil Affairs Department of Heilongjiang Province and registered with the Harbin Administration for IndustryandCommerce. Located in Chenggaozi Town, Xiangfang District, it is an ecological andcultural memorial park and modern cemetery that integrates ecology, culture, and art. 

Tianquan integrates tradition with modernity, creating a new concept park stylecemetery that combines classical and contemporary elements, inherits traditional culture, promotes environmental protection concepts, and integrates ecological landscape art, youth moral education, education, and humanistic culture. 黑龙江天泉生态人文纪念公园简介

始建于 2005 年，是经黑龙江省民政厅批准，哈尔滨市工商局注册登记，坐落于香坊区成高子镇，集生态、人文、艺术为一体的生态人文纪念公园和现代陵园。
