The FIAT-IFTA Board of Directors envisions this training course as the starting point for a Global Education Program, fostering skill improvement for funeral professionals worldwide. It is their hope that this initiative will inspire other members to contribute to the development of the industry on a global scale.

Led by three renowned trainers, Lucrezia Pecorella from the United Kingdom, Marco Caraffini from Italy, and Anwar El Amrani González from Spain (responsible for Altima), the course will be conducted primarily in English, with support in both Spanish and Italian languages. This multilingual approach ensures effective communication and inclusivity among participants from diverse backgrounds.
